and there is a ponde þt is callyd the Milne damme wherof half is of the parte of the haye &
the toder half of the parte of the wode of the seyd Priourȝ . And so the forseyd haye is dyuyded
by the seyd Syke fro the wode of the seyd Priours vnto the pole of Roucefen~ of the whiche
the ton~ half is parte of the haye & the toder half is parte of the seyd Priourȝ and so by the seyd
ponde is dyuyded the seyd haye fro the wode of the seyd Priourȝ vnto Markedale where it began~ & c~
