Er i postdoktor stilling ved UiS og tilknyttet Avdeling for folkehelse, Det helsevitenskapelige fakultet og forskergruppen PARTAKE - Deltakelse i skole, arbeidsliv og behandling.

Utdannet fysioterapeut (2001) med mastergrad i klinisk ortopedisk fysioterapi (2011), MNFF spesialist ortopedisk fysioterapi (2015). Godkjent PhD grad på behandling av lidelser i muskel-sene apparatet ved UiB (2018) med fokus på intervensjonsforskning av behandlingstilnærminger som benyttes av fysioterapeuter. Har bi-stilling som privat praktiserende fysioterapeut ved Tananger Fysikalske Institutt, og har tidligere bidratt som underviser (førsteamanuensis- og ekstern timelærer stilling) i blant annet behandling av skulderplager og tendinopatier på manuellterapistudie ved Universitet i Bergen og Høgskolen Vestlandet.
